On the first Friday of every month, we’ll gather at 7:00 PM for a night designed to help you slow down, connect, and build meaningful friendships. Some nights will be packed with fun activities and outings, while others may be more laid-back—always with the goal of creating space for intentional community. We’ll meet at different locations each month, so be sure to watch for details and updates. Whether you’re new or have been around for a while, First Fridays are a simple way to plug in, invite friends, and grow in relationship with one another as we learn what it means to follow Jesus together.
Young Adult Wednesday Worship
We are excited to be introducing Wednesday Worship! On the third Wednesdays of every month, our Young Adults ministry will gather together at 7:00 PM for an evening of worship and prayer. These nights are set apart to step away from the busyness of the week and focus on God’s presence. With space to sing, pray, and reflect, Wednesday Worship are an opportunity to deepen your relationship with Jesus and be encouraged by worshiping alongside others. Each night will be held at the Sanchez and every time you come, you can expect God to move in powerful ways as we seek Him together.

Equip: Raising The Next Generation
The vast majority of people who decide to follow Jesus do so before the age of 18. How can we as parents help guide our children to connect with Jesus?
At Valley View, we want to help give you resources to help pass along the Faith to the Next Generation! Join us January 4-February 22 for an Equip series called "Raising the Next Generation." The class will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings in Room 230.
Our student Minister, Jonah Weece, will lead the class and use content from the book Raising Disciples by Teresa Roberts. Additionally, we will have a couple of weeks dedicated to parenting our kids who are High School age through Young Adult age as Donny and Jamie Loughry lead us through some ideas for parenting at that phase.
We'll conclude our series on February 22 with a special guest speaker from Christ in Youth, the organization that facilitates our Summer Camps that our students attend each Summer.
You are invited - but not required - to purchase the book we will be using during this series. You will have the option to purchase the book for $15 when you register, and we will give you the book when the series begins.
